A while back I did a post on my magnolia tree. I was so excited to get it and this picture is from a couple of days ago. There is a bud on it!!! I am thrilled. I sure hope it opens and I get to enjoy a beautiful magnolia flower.
The tree is still about the same size, but is doing great. It is slow growing - but every time I look at it, I am still thrilled to have it.
I will keep you posted.

Make sure you put up a picture when the blossom opens up! Once that tree gets bigger you're going to have a nice shady spot in the front yard.
