It's A Boy!!

It's a boy!!!! We are so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cliff & I both guessed a girl, but oh how we love little boys. This is so perfect for our family. I think most everyone guessed it would be a boy. Oh well, we never guessed right on our own children.

All is well, Shannon and baby are growing and doing well. Although it seems far away, Feb. will be here before we know it. This picture is the set that Shannon & Ryan like. Looks mighty fine for a little boy.

I was so excited I had to run out and get a few little boy things.

Family Reunion

The first of May we had a family reunion in Wyoming. My sister and 3 brothers had not been together for some time and we planned this 2 day reunion.
Cliff & I traveled to Wyoming and met the rest of the family at my brother - Rusty's. We had a great time, great food and fun remembering and talking about our memories of growing up and catching up on every one's family.
It snowed while we were there - not a lot, but a dusting everyday and much cooler that Arizona. I loved it.
Next is a slide show of pictures I took. We are getting older, but still cute. Love these people!!!

It's A Jungle In Here

This is growing in my house!! We noticed it a couple of months ago and pulled the plants out of the baseboard. It is amazing how much strength plants have. They have pushed through the sealed baseboard - right up through the caulking. There was no gap or hole in the caulking, but they pushed through anyway. Cliff has tried to kill them off, but they just keep growing. He has inspected outside and inside, but somehow they are growing from under the block outside.
If this keeps up, we might have a forest before we know it.

A Baby!

Our baby is having a baby! We are so excited. We have to wait until Feb. to actually hold that little one - but time does fly by and I know before I know it, the time will come.
We went to visit Shannon & Ryan for a few days and had a great time. Shopping, eating out and chatting and chatting filled our days. She is doing good and they are excited.
Ryan and Cliff rebuilt part of their fence in the backyard. They did a great job!!!


All that Ryan has to do now, is to stain the fence to match the rest of it. It is much more sturdy and should last a long time.

We also enjoyed the beautiful weather. Much cooler than in Arizona. We left home with wind and hot temperatures, fought the wind all the way there, but enjoyed cool temperatures while we were there. It felt like heaven!! We wanted to bring those temps home, and tried, but we failed. We drove home to find it just as hot as when we left.
